MA LIGHTING CERTIFIED TRAINER

Light gave me a profession, but dreams gave me a purpose.

While thousands look at the stage and the lights move with every song, few know that behind some of the biggest shows on the planet stands a Colombian who started rigging fixtures in a church in Bogotá. Two decades later, Andrés Campos has taken his vision to stadiums, festivals and world tours, proving that dreams can also be programmed, designed and illuminated.

From Coachella to the world tours of Bad Bunny and Eladio Carrión, to the Aston Martin F1 launch in Miami, he has spent more than twenty years turning technology into emotion and transforming stages into unforgettable experiences. Losing his parents at a very young age taught him that dreams could become a driving force — an idea that still anchors every project he takes on.

More than a designer or programmer, he sees himself as a creator of experiences. His work weaves lighting, video, laser, scenic design, timing and visual narrative to turn an idea into an emotion. He has worked alongside Marc Anthony, J Balvin, Bad Bunny, Ana Gabriel, Los Ángeles Azules and Eladio Carrión, and on stages such as Viña del Mar, Estéreo Picnic and Lollapalooza.

In 2025 he was in charge of lighting design and programming for the Aston Martin F1 Group launch in Miami, provided previsualization and lighting support for the Bad Bunny 2025-2026 world tour, and in 2026 joined the lighting programming team for Lil Uzi Vert's return.

Between 2016 and 2021, as Regional Sales Manager, technical support and certified MA Lighting trainer for Latin America, he delivered more than a hundred trainings per year across the Americas. He continues to mentor new generations, convinced that teaching is also a way of learning.

Through Chronos Creative he develops projects where music, technology and education converge: The Set Room, three new apps for the entertainment industry, and Chronos Lab Academy. His biggest dream is no longer just to design the largest shows in the world — it is to leave a legacy built on creativity, education and innovation that inspires others to believe that from Colombia you can also reach the biggest stages on the planet.
